Tata Landline Plan not Changed from 4 Months.

Location/place: Chakan, Pune

Name of company/service: Prowess Engineering Pvt Ltd

Dear Sir,

We are Prowess Engineering Pvt Ltd, Chakan Pune- 410501. having a Tata Docomo Landline 20 Connections with Rs.270/- Per Month rental Plan.

As per our Internal Meeting on Cost cutting he send the mail for Permanently disconnections of 10 phones from these 20 connections. when I send this mail to customer care the Sales Executive Mr. Sanjeevan Gosavi is offered me a plan of Rs. 110 per Month Rental and all 20 connections remains connected on 17/07/2012. we give him the confirmation for activation of this plan on 19/07/2012. but till date this plan is not activated and TATA send us the bill date as per the 270 plan. after that we communicate him by mail & phone for such bill but he does not provided the revised bill . from 10th Nov 2012 TATA disconnect the all connections due to unpaid bill after that we paid the half bill of an amount Rs. 3715/- but till date these phones are not activated. we call him many times but he does not responding for resolve the problem.

Please guide in this matter.
