hello.
i have applied for recharge of 222 on my mobile number 9229980313 (Tata Indicom )from www.paytm.com .after making transaction 222 rs debited from my icici account but i didnt get balance in my mobile.they send me order number 42233746.
i send them mail regarding to this problem but they were telling that they contacted with service provider(Tata Indicom) and they are telling they had made recharge in my mobile…but when i all to customer care of tata indicom, they were teling that they didnt get any request regarding to make any recharge…i have send mail to paytm care 3 times…but still they are nt giving either my money or balance…please look into in this matter…m frustrating becoz of this…please solve this problem soon as possible
