Tata indicom Cheated with their customers

Name of company/service: tata indicom

I used 1X internet with Rs 95 plan for 4.5 GB for 30 days. After sending the necessary sms for activating the plan 4.5 GB was credited to my number for 30 days validity and Rs 95 was deducted from my balance. So far so good. After some usage I sent sms : “DB BAL” to 12524 to see my data balance. The return sms informed me that I have 0 mb to my account!! I became suspicious and called CC. The CC executive informed me that I have no balance of data and you used yours all data balance!! I went on using internet on my computer and every time I enquired about the data balance it gave some nil figures. Moreover I also found that my main account balance is Rs 15 which is ok. After some days the connection snapped suddenly in one data session. I enquired my main account balance and to my horror I found it to be zero. The enquiry of data balance continued to be nil figures without any significant meaning. Once again I called CC and now they told me another chilling story. My main account balance has become – 2700. Yes, minus 2700. !!! And I have to top up with Rs 2700.00 in order to continue using the number. Now my outgoing call is barred. When asked as to how a prepaid balance can become negative by such a huge amount the CC politely told me that I used internet and that made the balance negative. But my data pack was active!! Their system has no answer. But their system sent sms that I am being credited with 4.5 GB data!!!! What sort of a system does Tata CDMA have????

I want to ask some questions to you
my questions are:-
1. How can a balance become negative by such a big amount in prepaid connection??
2. When the balance became zero why was the internet connection not closed for zero balance??
3. On what logic I was allowed to use internet without any intimation that my main balance is being wiped out and it is becoming negative???
4. Why the data was balance sms not working??
5. How can a user know that there is or not any data in his data pack account???
6. If the balance is negative why is it not shown on balance enquiry?? Dialing 15225 is giving main balance as 0.00!!!

I complained online on their website and get a call on my alternative no. and they refunded my balance of Rs 120/- and after that my balance again become nil and customer care executive told that your balance is in negative with Rs 2600/- approx. Even that fell on deaf ears!!!

So this is what Tata CDMA is doing with their customers!! And the authorities in charge are least bothered about how a customer may be cheated!!

    They also said to me”I don’t know why they are paying me for free”…
