We have been using TATA Docomo Land-line Services from last 9 years. I have received a bill of Rs. 50,000/- approximate for last 2 months (12 May, 2014 to 11th July, 2014) for dialing our own intercom number from our main line number at non-working hours.
As per the bills received, the call has been made on exact fixed time of 12.00 AM, 4.00 AM, 8.00 A.M, 9.00 AM, 8.00 PM on daily basis from 12th May 2014 on-wards with a same duration of 14,400 seconds, 3,600 seconds, and 10800 seconds.
After continuously explaining the issue to TATA Docomo, they say that our calls have been made and the billing is genuine. We have also asked for a proof of the billing, but not received any reply from TATA.
TATA says to pay the bill amount or our telephone lines will be disconnected.
We would also like to bring to your notice that after our continuously follow up with TATA, they have rectified there mistake in billing of current month (12th July, 2014 to 11th August, 2014). But, they are not agreeing on their system error generated in last 2 months.
So, we request you to please help us in the above matter.
