TATA DOCOMO Unwanted flash sms chargin 30 rs

I have DND activated. Dive-in is also deactivated. SMS broadcast messages are also off.

But still TATA sends flash messages saying to activate press ok.
Many times we do not know it has come because it is not an SMS so no SMS alert.

I have lost 30 Rupees twice because I accidently pressed ok when taking the mobile out of my trousers.

Complained many times, but the customer care guys refuse to acknowledge and tell me to restart the phone, etc etc.

Hopeless TATA DOCOMO.

I am going back to airtel as i had ported out from them!
