Name of company/service: TATA Docomo Postpaid Service
My name is Saikat Paul. I have taken 2 postpaid connections – 9886577290 and 9986086802 – from TATA Docomo through Corporate plan. Recently I have activated ISD roaming in 9886577290 after making the security deposit payment of Rs.3000. I have travelled to UK and used ISD roaming on 9886577290 for one day. TATA Docomo claims that my bill has amounted to Rs.9800 and deactivated my outgoing calls and sms in 9886577290 as well as in the other number 9986086802 which doesn’t even have ISD roaming activated. I have asked TATA Docomo for a proof in the form of a detailed bill for Rs. 9800 but they declined saying bill would be generated only on the billing cycle i.e. 25th Mar’13. But TATA Docomo wants me to pay the entire amount (and not a part of it) without even seeing the bill. And If I don’t pay the bill, my outgoing services won’t be restored. This is nothing but dictatorship. It’s a shame that TATA Docomo serves (or I would say harasses) its customers like this! TATA Docomo thinks that all its customers are thieves like itself and wouldn’t pay the bill if it’s honest. What I’m asking for is to just see the bill before paying but the price I’ve to pay is get disconnected from the rest of the world. This is the worst that TATA Docomo can do. This company doesn’t have the right to be part of the TATA group, which is know for it’s integrity and ethics.
