Name of company/service: Tata Docomo
Hi,
I ported my number from vodafone postpaid to tata docomo prepaid on nov 4th. I paid the last bill of (12 days) on dec 24th. But my services of tata docomo were barred on dec 31th.
I went to docomo outlet and submitted the copy of last bill paid on jan 1st, they told that it will be resolved in 24 hrs.
But still the services are not activated and when I am contacting them back, I am getting careless and irresponsible answers.
Nobody is trying to help.
Please help me, as all my internet banking is linked with this no and stuck up in between.
