I have taken a new tata docomo postpaid sim from aditya enclave docomo store, ameerpet, hyderabad. It was activated after, address verification was done and welcome letter given with relationship number: 920121077.
I have got 300 plan, ISD facility with 1500 deposit was activated with add-ons for US and gulf calling. For the ISD activation I was suggested to go to far off office at nampally and that facility is not available with ameerpet office. An advance of 3000 rupees towards bill was also deposited.
After one week of activation, now suddenly it got deactivated and when called was suggested to approach outlet. Having approached, they said they will raise a request. Later next day they say, a verification would occur again. No person has come within 2 days of reporting of deactivation.
The persons at the store also are not responding properly. If this is the customer service you are giving being an esteemed TATA group its quite annoying.
And there is no provision of permanent address option details taken with the company end. Temporary addresses may change, but not permanent know. I have a landline and other mobile postpaid connection with the address. As a proof, I can even submit the bills for your knowledge of my regular payments.
Nothing of that kind needed as proof, then there is no point of doubting our sincerity of bill payments. First let the employees be customer friendly and then good at service.
Please do needful and improve your services better towards customer benefit.
