I have a complain for tata docomo photon +.I have purchased a data card of Tata photon + of photon no. 9230073307
I am running a computer center /cyber café in birati.

Before we buy it the dealer person Miss Bristi clearly said (in phone conversation) and assured me that they will give a device to me and its also internet shareable….then their employee Mr.Bubai installed that device in one of my computer and said ‘you can share the internet in other computers’.

But after paying for this Rs. 5000(6 month advance subscription) we discovered after 2 days that this device is impossible to share…we called tata docomo customer care and they also said that it was an one PC device & not shereble….so the give wrong information to us and chit us….
plese help me to back my money….

    My name is Jasbr Singh and I purchased a Tata Photon on 23 May 2012. With Tata No. : 9217006471.
    I provided my residence address as : #2389, Sector 44 C, Chandigarh with a valid proof of my voter id card.
    My connection was activated on the same day and after the generation of my first bill my connection was disconnected on the grounds of negative verification due to the unavailability of the given addres.
    This was made negative as per your verification personal and I did not receive any call from the concerned person .
    I am very disappointed from this kind of reports from Tata Dokomo.
    I complained the matter to customer care several times but no action was taken.

    My Complaint Nos. are as follows on which no action has been taken till now :

    It is very sad for tata dokomo who is unable to solve such a minor problem.
    If this matter is not resolved as soon as possible then i will have to report this matter to Consumer Court as well because I am being called by your senior officials after regular false promises made by your Customer care Executives.

    I will be highly obliged and thankful to if you could do the needful as soon as possible asthis connection is disconnected from 17 June 2012 till date.
