Name of company/service: tata docomo prepaid mobile
this is venkatesh,
1) im using tata docomo mobile no 7204709359, today ie on 10-11-12, i got an sms saying that u have subscribed to cnbc news at 10/-.i didnt activate any services but these people are activating without my permission in my mobile.
2) i recharged my mobile with 250/- on 5/11/2012 for unlimited internet pack for 1 month, but today that is on 10-11-12, i received a sms saying that ” your current pack has expired and you will be charged for 10p/10 kb” what the hell is this with u guys, i dont know.
3) and today ie on 10-11-12, i again received any sms saying that u have subscribed pshootone at 2/- this will be autorenewal, i dont understand why these poeple are playing such a cheap tricks by cheating the people.
4) and when i called the customer care regarding this , he didnt respond properly and saying that your voice is not audible and again i tried like more than 50 times , but these guys are not receiving my call at all, and throwing a message that our executives are busy.
this is not at fair with a big company like yours and dont play such a cheap tricks for your appraisal, so please refund my money which u have deducted in a injustice manner.
