TATA DOCOMO IS THIEF—INAPPROPRIATE BILLING BY TATA DOCOMO

Name of company/service: COMPLAINT AGAINST TATA DOCOMO

Dear Sirs,

This has reference to the most unprofessional approach of the MOBILE NETWORK COMPANY called “TATA DOCOMO”.I am a postpaid customer,they have raised a huge hefty bill of Rs 5212.45 on 15/05/2013 at 8:43 AM and stopped my services.I am 299 DIET PLAN user with RS 199 DATA PLAN USER (in which i can avail 3 GB of free data usage),i was well under 3GB of usage yet they have raised such huge bill,when i called these DOCOMO thieves they say that the 3GB of free data usage is not valid during roaming,i was not made aware off while taking the plan,now they have raised such bill and blocked my outgoing.I HAVE NEVER FACED SUCH PROBLEMS WITH BSNL (A GOVERNMENT TELECOM NETWORK).PLEASE PUT A CHECK ON THIS PRIVATE TELECOM COMPANY CALLED TATA DOCOMO.PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE.I AM NOT ABLE TO COMMUNICATE.

PLEASE HELP—INSTRUCT THE CONCERNED TO ACTIVATE MY PHONE LINE,IT IS HAMPERING MY DAY TO DAY BUSINESS.THEY HAVE ALSO CEASED THE ONLINE ACCOUNT TO SEE MY USAGES(WHERE I WAS SHOWING WELL WITHIN FREE DATA USAGE USAGE),THEY ARE TAMPERING WITH THE DATAS AS I HAVE TOLD THEM TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER FORUM AND TRAI.

    We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concerns regarding the billing issue. However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was not responded.

    Hence, we would like to inform you that as per our records we found that your number is under OGB due to usage monitoring beyond the credit limit and there is no wrong billing and you have been charged correctly as per your data usage and there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 5682 and request you to clear the same ASAP.

    This has reference to the most unprofessional approach of the MOBILE NETWORK COMPANY called “TATA DOCOMO”.I am a postpaid customer from last 4 years,they have raised a huge hefty bill of Rs 3488.30 on 30/05/2013 and stopped my services.I am 299 F&F PLAN user.I have samsung guru mobile which doesnt have any internet facilty and its shocking to know how my bill is charged so high. ,when i called these DOCOMO they dont have any information and asking me to pay the bill else wait for bill generation which it will take 20 days and till that time my out going is barred, being a loyal user of docomo for 4 years i am feeling disgusted to use this connection.

    PLEASE HELP ASAP—INSTRUCT THE CONCERNED TO ACTIVATE MY PHONE LINE,IT IS HAMPERING MY DAY TO DAY BUSINESS.
