Last 2-3 months I am wasting my time and hurting my health working to resolve an issue with Tata Docomo appellate ROM.
They have promised in black and white on email some waivers and are now not willing to reflect it in the monthly bill- they keep torturing me by sending nasty emails and sms threatening to disconnect my services. This harassment has affected my health badly. This waiver is about enabling 2G services without my consent and then billing me for it. These services got accidently enabled when i switched to new device and they are billing me for that as genuine usage. My complaint is how can they offend TRAI guidelines to enable VAS without seeking my consent? secondly how can they not read emails and pass on the waivers they promised on email not reflect in the bill for last 2- months?
My question is who is the next competent authority to raise complaint against the incompetent Appellate? Obviously i am considering to sue them in consumer court for the shady service, harassment and deliberate act of cheating the customer.
Let me know if someone can share the email IDs of tata tel COO, CEO and or head of customer service for further escalation.
