Name of company/service: Tata Docomo
I had a taken a post paid connection with Tata Docomo in mid June’12 and paid the Bill amount in July’12.
On 17th July, 12 only the Tata Docomo back-end team had done the Address verification process for my connection. I have given my company letter head as requested for my connection.
On 19th July, 12 the outgoing is barred. I received msg’s stating that my the address could not be verified.
When checked with the Customer Service, they responded, The address I provided is wrong.Later I requested to connect my call to the Manager and she assured that on 20th July, my connection will be reset which never happened.
After when I visited the Outlet, I met an executive and she told, the executive came for verification but he was not allowed to get inside the company.
When I checked with the security in my company from the main Gate entrance, Building security, and in reception, I have confirmed that no entries were made in the name of Tata Docomo on 17th July till 20th July.
Question is;
1. If the verification team visited, why did not they call me? (Tata Docomo people says that they called me and my no: was switched off. I can prove that, 2 no:s registered already with Tata Docomo, was not switched off. The call statements I can show.
2. Why the verification process is too late. I have made the 1st month billing also. My 2nd month billing is in due.
3. Why the verification status shows that “address is not verified” when either an executive visited me or I received a call”
The hardcopy and softcopy proof is taken from my security, and the conversation with Customer service is also recorded for reference.
Need reply, or further steps will be taken if necessary.
