TATA DOCOMO diducted 3GB 2G internet balance of Rs.125

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

I recharged on my docomo no.8981246012 on 17th april,2013 with 198/- for 5 gb,2g internet data and I got it too.On 18th may,2013 I checked there was 3 gb left but on 19th may,2013 they deducted my balance and then i saw only 5.7 mb left.i claimed them then they refunded my 7.9 rupees of main balance but did not do anything of my deducted 3 gb data. i want 3GB internet data or equivalent amount of main balance.please help.
