My name is Shashi and i am using TATA DOCOMO number 7204411332. On 25th May 2014, i had 800MB 3G data left in my data pack. But when i opened and checked again after sometime in afternoon i had only 100MB left. I did not use anything for so much data. My LAST 5 data usage on 25th May, Time 3:01pm- 3KB,1KB, 6KB, 5KB and 41KB. On calling customer care they keep telling check your last usage and then later they never responded. I called them so many times but everytime number is busy. My Final semester exams were going on thats why i am complaining late. Please help me out in resolving this issue.
