Tata Docomo Data card — Cheating Customers with False Speed mentioned in Plans — Customer care not responding

Hi Team,
I would like to bring this to your kind notice that, Tata Docomo management is not at all listening to my repetitive complaints on lesser speed levels i am receiving while using the Photon+ Data card. I have taken the plan of Rs.750 (upto 5GB, the speed will come upto 3.1Mbps and after that Unlimited usage it will be 150kbps). But, I am using this from past 3 months, raised complaints more than 3 times, when ever i am complaining that, the internet speed is low, the technical team is saying that is what max speed you will get, which is highly unjustified. Even in recent past, when i tried 5 times complaining them at the fifth time, when asking them the status of complaint, they said no complaint has been logged yet. At the end, when i spoke to Supervisor he logged a complaint and technical team came to home and said, the speed is now 0.11Mbps and this would be max speed you will get and close the complaint. Today, as my billing cycle starts again, i checked the speed range and found that the download speed is only 0.44 Mbps, i asked back the customer care, they told that you will get max of 0.6 Mbps only, though the plan says upto 3.1Mbps, you will nver get that speed. When they say, upto 3.1Mbps, we all will be under assumption that atleast min of 1 to 2 Mbps speed we get if not 3.1Mbps. But this situation, it is just 0.4Mbps, which is totally not acceptable.
This is clear case of cheating the customers which has to be strictly dealt and we will look forward for your action steps on this regard, as this is the only option left with me in getting the needful for the money we pay.

  2. ACTUALLY I GET PING AROUND 200 not accpetable LOW SPEED NET 0.10 mbps it should be 3.1mbps sadly cant help but change net 🙁
