Tata Docomo closed the complain unknowingly

I have recharged on 23th Dec 2012 worth Rs 28/- . At that time i have asked
in care (121) about they told me that in this recharge you have benefit in
local and STD mobile calls and you can call 1paisa/2sec. So i have recharged
that recharge.For 3 days my call is calculated as 1ps/sec.
so i called in 198 as complain number for this problem today. But your
liar customer
executive told me that in recharge of Rs 28 only STD call is 1paisa/2sec.
Now tell me what should i do..?? They both are saying different.
I am your 3 year old customer.ok. for kindly information you can check my
recorded voice when i talked with your executive if i u feel that i am wrong
…
if you are not interested than tell me. than i should go portable in other
company. And your liar executive have blocked my call for customer care and
complain number.

I hope so you can solve my problem otherwise i should change my provider.
