Tata Docomo cheating Customer

Location/place: Bangalore
Name of company/service: tata docomo telecom

Dear sir,

I was using a post paid SIM 8147099719 , account number 918351872 of Tata Docomo. Since I was moving abroad, on 22nd Jan 2014 I have requested and sent an email at [email protected] to please close the post paid account. I did the last month balance bill payment as per the email communications done with them.

After that the services were stopped and I never received any Ebill further on my registered email ID. Suddenly, after 3 months when I am back to India on my another prepaid docomo number I receive a call from 9343993902 asking me to pay 3573/- as the bill of account number 918351872 for the services I have not used.
I have again wrote an email to [email protected], I am concern that tatadocomo is cheating customers by doing this.

    No service, TATA DOCOMO ARE CHEATERS. Don’t ever trust them. They are fooling people & only making money.
