I had a Tata Docomo Number. According to my bill plan I’ll get 600 mins Local+ National Calls, 1GB 3G Data and after consuming 1GB of 3G data i shall get unlimited 2G data.
But when I was on roaming Tata docomo has charged for Data Usage and when I raised a complain regarding the same then Tata Docomo Customer care executive said that Company will waive off Rs 500 from my bill. Company has offered my this waive off option when I raised a discoonection request.
But after my communication with customer care executive, the next day, Tata Docomo has disconnected my services and didn’t provided waive off. I have paid the bill excluding the Data usages charges with inclusive of all taxes within the due date, but company has not provided any waive off and also disconnected my mobile number.
I had a postpaid plan in which I’m getting unlimited 2G, then why TATA DOCOMO has charged extra? Now days we can use internet without paying any roaming charges.
Also, when I raised complain regarding the same with the Customer care executive then The representative said that in roaming when Network is shared with partner network like Vodafone etc. then they charge for data connection. But this was not informed to me.
Also, in network settings Network search available network automotically and this is the service provide by company to their customers, so that cuistomers stay in network. This is TATA DOCOMOs internal tie-up with other partner network and as I’m already paying for the service to TATA then why would I pay extra while in Roaming. Also if this was shared by the Tata Docomo at the time when I buyed connection, then I should have taken care of this.
Also, in every network using internet is roaming free. Due to lack of information provided by the TATA DOCOMO service executive at the time of buying the connection has charged me this much amount.
