The reason I switched from BSNL to Internet was I expected better Speed and best connectivity!!
I am having the most difficult time with TATA from day 1.
They come up with new excuses every day, promise me to send an engineer to fix the issue and then no body comes for days. When someone does, they just tell me that another engineer will come to fix as “I dont have expertise” and ask me to sign a document which says “Internet Tested No fault found”
On one occassion, they made me wait in office for hours on a weekend and nobody came.
TATA ILL connection and support team has been a nightmare for me and my business.
I have been sending them requests for cancellation but no one even bother to respond.
I really do not have time and power to type everything all over again, but I shall attach an image and paste most recent conversation i had with TATA support staff, corporate office and engineers..

Only 1 computer is using FTP to connect to server.
All other computers (5-6) are only using normal Internet connection.Still the net goes down every few minutes..Please get me a permanent solution or at least have an engineer come to my office and look into it.

Engineer (Mr. Amit Prajapati, Purva Enterprise ) has finally come to my office.He did all his tests and according to him, there is some problem with the POE device which needs to be replaced.
I was told this same thing a couple of weeks ago and promised to replace but POE deivce which has still not happened.Now I am being told that a UBR person will visit and fix this issue.I want you all to understand that the delay is causing major loss to to my business.
I want to know when this another expert engineer of yours will be sent with DATE AND TIME ASAP

One more update..The net got disconnected 2 times in his presence. Mr. Amit Prajapati from Purva Enterprise explained how this could be because of the faulty POE device.
and then before leaving my office, he asked me to sign a piece of paper which says:Problem Reported: Not Connecting (Wrong, the problem is link going up and down repeatedly )
Problem Observed: No Fault Found ( Wrong, he just stated the POE device is faulty and might require a replace???)Action Taken: Tested Ok ( No.. Wrong.. He was here and it got disconnected in his presence.. how is that tested ok ?? )
I did not sign this document as the problem is still not resolved!!I am posting this entire episode on Customer Forum shortly and wil send you all a screenshot.

This is the point where i get really abusive but no point of doing that either becuase you people are shameless…
I spoke to corporate office to someone called Arun and i
was promised since the poe could be defective.. An engineer would be
sent to replace or fix it by today itself.
I made it very clear on the call that if it is not sorted today i am canceling tata ILL.
So you can cobsider this as my official request to process the cancellation.
