Dear TATA Docomo,
I am user of TATA Docomo postpaid plan all india roaming where I pay monthly rental as high as 900 rs per month. The plan commits to provide me complete incoming calls free in the roaming, but as soon as I came out of my home network I started getting charged for incoming calls. Customer care no is not reachable from here. when I contacted the local TATA docomo store in Ahmedabad they said they can not help me because I didnt purchased the sim card from their store. I also Contacted The Store from where I purchased the SIM Card, instead of listening to me they gave me some irrelevant answers about network availability. Still my problem remains un answered and now they are saying that I can stop using their service. but what will happen to their commitment which turned a false commitment resulting me into mental and financial harrasment. With all this incidence I will never recommend TATA Docomo Service to any one in my life. and I have made up my mind that TATA and DOCOMO both the companies are thiefs.
