Tata Docomo Activating paid plans without informing customer.

Its been 6 months that I am using Tata Docomo .Some plans get activated by itself and when you lodge a complaint customer service representative tells its because I have requested for it.Why should I activate some service for 30/45 rs if I dont even know what it is?
