tata docomo activated internet plan 2 times automatically

Name of company/service: tata docomo

Hi,I am from indore and right now iam in Roaming (maharastra). I would like to inform the Tata Docomo Authority that why they are Activating the plan automatically .my Mobile number is 08982421190 and in my number automatically internet plan of 39rs is activated two times without my permission on 15/7/2013.. I request the Tata Docomo Authority; If they are seeing this message to kindly deactivate the Plan and return my money
