Name of company/service: Tata Docomo
I m a TATA Docomo user. many times useless services get activated on my no. and when I deactivate those services(within 30 min after I get activation msg for service) their customer executive refuse to refund me my balance.
On their website They have mentioned that they will refund immediately if the service has been activated incorrectly.
This is happening with me frequently.
So is this company’s new policy to make money by providing extra services which customers dint ask for ???
(I am posting my complaint here after I failed to post a complaint on tata docomo’s page because their complaint section page does not work properly!!)
