tata communications broadband fraud

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have broadband connection with tata commuincations.I have took 6000MB plan with night unlimited add-on activated from 07th Jun.(9:00 pm – 9:00 am free) They charged me completely without reducing for data uploaded and downloaded after 9:00 pm. This happened on 12th,16th,17th.It looks like on 12th I downloaded 340MB in 40 seconds.

    I am also convoluted in their fraud bill usage of 10k.even i have opted for night unlimited.There was a call from technical team the lady was saying that the night plan works differently in tata communications that if you are using 10GB in night unlimited for example 8hrs and 200mb in day time for 3 hrs then the amount will be average of the total GB downloaded divided by the session(the time i am connected to internet).so it doesnt matter whether i download most in night and less in the day time as it will be divided on average.I have all the proof with screenshot that how they have charged per session due to their faulty system that doesn’t differentiate between how much i have downloaded in night and how much in morning. Even they have not mentioned this in condition anywhere i have the screenshot with me.If case remains the same i will go to consumer court and suggest you the same.
