I am a senior executive working for a leading IT company. I took a Tata broadband connection (Ac. No. 4010033301) on Saturday last week (July 28th). It has been one week and we have not gotten even a single day of hassle free internet service. Every day we have been calling the customer care and we are a given a new complaint number with the promise that it would be rectified within 24 hours, but the problem continues to be there. Earlier we had problem of frequent disconnection but for the last 3 days we are not getting internet itself. The company, however, continues to give us a new complaint number every day.
It’s really frustrating; don’t know when TATA adopted this cheap business policy.
