I HAVE GIVEN MONEY FOR THE TARIFF PLAN WHICH IS NOT WORKING IN IDEA PREPAID SIM THE PLAN WAS OF RS 69 FOR 3 MONTHS AND NOW WHEN I HAVE RECHARGED THE SIM BY RS 100 THE IDEA HAS CUT THE WHOLE TARIFF PLAN i.e. I HAVE LOST THE 69 RS WHOLE AND WHEN I CALL THEM THEY SAY PLZ CALL AFTER SOME TIME THE SERVER IS BUSY , THEY ARE EVEN NOT INTERESTED IN REGISTERING THE COMPLAINT PLZ TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO . SHOULD I GO THO THE CONSUMER FORUM
