My cell no. is 9831119939. On 28/06/2009 I recharged my phone with RC333 using the MChek application. An Airtel promo that I received the same day while checking my balance said – Sp. offer today. Talktime Rs.350 on RC333.However they credited Rs.333 only. However after sending 9 emails to [email protected] they refuse to accept this fact and are taking me round in circles.I am bewildered by the stupidity of their replies. Please help.
