Taking Money for Home Visit but Service Not Provided (Fraud)

Location/place: Sarita Vihar, New Delhi -76

Name of company/service: Bajaj / Jagdamba Service Center

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a 5 years old Bajaj Food Processor which is not working. I ask in Bajaj Sercice center with complain no. 2954157.
An executive came to us from Jagdamba Service Center and checked food processor asking that Motor has to be changed and asked for Rs. 170 also gave us a reciept no. 9120 dated 27/07/2013.
Executive Name is Surendra, Mobile: 8130399325 and asked us to come on Tuesday 30th July, 2013. I take leave from my office and waited for whole the day but he didn’t came to me.

I asked the same to his senior Mr. Afrojz (Mobile: 9891555716), he asked that Surendra will come on Thursday (1st Aug, 2013 but he didn’t came to me. I am calling him from Yesturday but now they are not picking my phone.
I also complaint in Bajaj Customer Care 2 times but no resolution.
Please help me in this regards. Thank you very much.

    Hi,

    Can I just remind you that I have asked Bajaj Customer Care 3 times including today morning to help me in this regards and every times got the same reply that we are putting a reminder instead to resolve the concern.

    Today morning got the same reply but no resolution till now. I again take leave today from my office and waiting at my home from the morning but no one bothered to update me.

    I have taken 2 Leaves for this concern. Can you let me know that who is going pay my 2 days salary.

    Hi,
    As discussed again that issue will be resolved today on 9th Aug, 2013. But still no resolution. Asked in Bajaj Service Center, same reply putting reminder and didn’t forwarded call to her senior. Total reminder 5 in service center. No body is here to controll these things / frauds.
    After taking leave today to repair my food processor, now I am very much frustated and would request to Consumer Forum to let me know the procedure to file the case in consumer coart against Bajaj Service Center and Jagdamba Service Center for economical and mental hrashment.
