I had purchased a 9 month diaper subscription plan for my toddler from www.hushbabies.com website in March 2013. The plan was to pay Rs. 6000 and avail of diapers worth Rs. 9000 over 9 months.
Before taking my money, they promised that the diapers would never go out of stock (and these are commonly available at even the smallest pharmacy).
However, after 5 months now, they have stopped delivering diapers in spite of repeated follow ups, now they don’t answer calls or respond to emails either. I managed to speak with them 12 days ago and they said that they were out of stock! How can they be out of stock, unless the company is shutting down?
Beware, this is a fraud to acquire customers, take advances and pay for marketing costs. But, eventually not be able to buy products from vendors!
