TAKEN DOCUMRNT AND MONEY FOR PRE TO POST PAID CONVERSION

Location/place: PUNE, MAHARASHTRA

Name of company/service: AIRTEL Maharashtra

Airtel partner “New Age BPO & IT Solution Pvt. Ltd” has taken my documents and sum of 300 rs for converting my prepaid mobile number to post paid on 26/27 Jully 2012 promissing to complete in 72hrs, But still they have not done. Now days they called me for verification from no: 7709532225, 9665987443 and telling everytime 42 hrs. I meet to process head of complany name “Neha Kanojia”, her no : 8796118333. She is also not picking phone or not answering.

Let me know which document need to submit.
