take amount for recharge but don’t do recharge

Today, in the morning I want to recharge my mobile for an urgent purpose. The MOBIKWIK apps was already installed into my mobile. so, I transfered a sum of 128 from my bank a/c. the amount was debited from my account but not credited into my wallet in MOBIKWIK apps. so, my request to you sir to take necessary steps for that.
