Tablet not received

Name of company/service: Datawind Aakash Tablet

I Rakesh Malhotra sent a tablet to datawind company after discussion on mails for repair. i sent a cheque of Rs 1500/- alongwith the tablet on 14th June. They commit me to repair the tablet in two weeks. After third week i called at the company office which is in Amritsar they told me that the tablet is ready for dispatch. But I did not received in that week. I called again in fourth week. The answer was same. when i called on 25th of july they told me that they dispatched the tablet and gave me the tracking no. of Blue Dart courier. When I checked on the net, the tracking number was found to be wrong. Now, they don’t pick my phone and if the pick up the phone, they don’t answer the call and just hang up on one side.
I want the tablet as soon as possible or the amount which i spent Rs 4000+1500+200 to be reversed.And also the damages against my phone bills and mental torture they have given to me.
