this is y.saimanikanta. i bought Micromax Funbook P600 from spice mobile store,hyderabad,dharmreddy colony,kukatpally,hyderabad. tin no: 28950651550, invoice no 200341294. purchased date: 11-04-2013. the next day it has strucked. not working . when i went service center they are asking PACKING BOX to replace with new one . i have only box and accessories, but i loss stickers (which have some codes on the box).
on 18-04-13, i gve it to veerabadra agencies service center at kukatpally for repair. the job sheet no is N030235-0413-3461589 .
after one week, when i called to them , they said that “the item is coming back , we will update new jobsheet and send it to them again.” we will take 25 working days to repair.
already 14 days over. but they didn’t handover the item.
i am planing to file a case at consumer court. to file a case against them what i do.
i have purchasing bills, invoice no. service center report forms.
