My exp. till date with amazon is very bad.Always it delivered a wrong product and even the system they are using to registered the complaints of customer is very slow.They always take at least 1 hr to registered the complaint. i seriously dont know whether it is the problem of the executive or the system. and till date i got the delivery in morning but same is not showing in their system. it always takes a time to update in there system that product has been delivered and in the aft. the system is updated that product is delivered i dont know whether the delivery man work is that or whos and when i call to replace its always like it is not showing that product has been delivered to you .please update ur system and your service also.
