Name of company/service: Symphony Coolers
We bought Symphony storm,the so called super cooler in town in May 2012 worth Rs.15000.I t is the worst cooler and symphony is the worst company we have ever come across.The cooler was not able to cool even a small room and one day it stopped working.We filed a complaint in the company ,when the cooler was in the warranty period,but no body turned up.Now when the warranty period is over,a guy turned up yesterday telling us PCB of the cooler has stopped working and he needed Rs.1250 +his service charge around Rs.300.I request to every person who read this please dont buy any of Symphony cooler and please take some action against them.I will be highly thankful to you.
