Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased a Jumbo cooler vide model no- ACODE045 & Sr. no- 03A0211C76072.Cooling pump,switch,motor may be damaged. On 12.04.2014 (Saturday night) an uncontrolled and unavoidable situation create due to one part of fan broken in running condition of cooler and cooler sleeper from trolley due to broken piece of fan heated the cooler body by heavy force and imbalanced. It is the blessing of god that situation was happening in night time and no movement of children is there. Still I have not seen/heard the fan of the cooler is broken. So it is self explanatory regarding your quality of product and service.
Broken of cooler fan and create the unsafe condition as per above mentioned is quite impossible. It is clearly identify the poor quality of product.
Why customer choose the Symphony instead of other local cooler ?
Why customer paid more to purchase the unsafe cooler like symphony ?
Why the company not checking the quality of product before deliver to market ?
Still no response received from the company.
