I bought the watch from them. They are bloody cheaters. When i ordered the watch they assured me that the watch is 100% authentic but when i got checked it in the rolex store they told me that its the replica please help me in getting my money back.

Please lodge a police complaint if you have a purchase bill. The website claims the watches are 100% authentic. I wonder how boldly and fearless they are running this business. In India such people get away because we don’t approach the law.

I would have a different view about this website. I have been shopping with swiss watch company in usa since long and with the same trust i shopped with their indian website & i was overwhelmed with the kind of support and the quality of the watches they send.
I bought a Rs 95000 ROLEX Cosmograph Daytona Oyster watch. I saw the reviews below and got scared. Till that time I had already ordered.

And the courier service will also be in big trouble. The company is from manimajra place and is a firm. Under the name of RICH DIALS. I am an advocate working with Delhi High Court and one person has approached me with a case of a fake watch against Swiss Watch Company. He is contemplating legal action against them for selling him a fake Rolex watch which I will be initiating in a week’s time. They have been evasive on the phone with respect to handling his complaint and its a clear case of deficiency of service. Apart from that, I am also initiating action so that the company’s website will be suspended and will be taken down. There are other actions including FIRs, complaint to RBI that I am planning to initiate against them.My client has a genuine case against the company and I want to ensure that every possible action is taken against Swiss Watch Company. I came across this website during my research and it seems like there are many others like him who have been duped by the company. It will be a good case if more people join my client and file a combined action against the company. This will ensure that the authorities to whom I am complaining will also take it more seriously.

I am very skeptical for the kind of reviews written here because i totally have a different view about this website.I have shopped with Swiss watch company two times till date and it has not let me down at all. Very good discounts and authentic products. Even the customer support team is very prompt and responsible.
Once I had some issues with delivery people and I wrote about it to Swiss Watch Company . They were supposed to reply me within 24 hours but to my surprise, I got a call within the next few hours and the person on the call was also very polite.
Just wish there were some loyalty program introduced for the regular customer and some extra discounts for the first time buyers.I would say that people can place their orders without any risk.I think every online shop should learn about customer satisfaction from swiss watch company.

After Cross checking with esha shekhar few more details have been reached out from cyber cell delhi and chandigarh ,Both companies swisswatchcompany.in and RICHKART.COM are the same under RICH DIALS the company is under name of person called Love and the address for company is Shop No 91 , Phase 2 ramdarbar chandigarh , so file in your complainants to cyber cell Delhi and chandigarh , email ids to get hold of them is [email protected] and [email protected] , Mr R P Upadhyaya is the IG police chandigarh , report at this email address as police is collecting evidences against them , the few of last transaction have been reported to cyber cell and high court is for Rs 8,02,000 from ACE BILLING SOlUTIONS , Those People have also been reported . So whoever has been fooled by this company need to do few things . we have about 9 customers who have given us all the information to make the case more stronger , we need some more people to make this even stronger as they will be under case of section 420 , section 406 and they will have imprisonment for 14 years minimum and the employees attached will

I had bought a GMT Master watch from the Rolex Official Outlet at Dadar TT. The watch stopped functioning within its Guarantee period of 2 Years. The watches sold at their outlet can also be fake. I wrote to Rolex Geneva but have not received any reply. The dealor at Dadar TT says the watch is perfect. Beware. My watch is still lying with the Dealer. BEWARE
