I purchased swipe mtv slash mobile from home shop18 before 2 months. Some accessories were missing and some were not working, i had called to homeshop18 customer care many times they told balance will be refund in next 4 days , next 7 days, but till the time 2 months completed, not any balance refund by homeshop18. Customer care agents talk with very rudely and back end team also. I have fristated plz help i want my 7000rs refund.
