I paid up for a new subscription for GQ India on Friday, 6th December, 2013. It was an online transaction on http://www.gqindia.com/subscription. The money (Rs.1,260) was transferred using Netbanking from by HDFC account.
Details from my HDFC bank are as below.
Paid to: 2765695-ATOM Direxions Marke Ref/ Transaction ID: 1206171450.
I am yet to hear from the company regarding the status of my subscription. No communication whatsoever. I’ve sent them mails on [email protected], on 9th, and 10th December. I tried contacting them on Facebook and Twitter. The company claims that they are still trying to locate my subscription.
