On 2nd Feb 2015 i submitted my very rarely used new looking black color micromax doodle 3, 8 GB , quad core device at service center as it was suffering from processor heating problem, they replied me that they will send the device some where & it will take around a month time to solve. After 23 days on 25th Feb 2015 i received a white color, damaged housing, fully scratched phone via courier at my door step.
From the day onward i am repeatedly mailing Micromax to solve my problem but no positive feedback is seen from there site. Never they took permission to change my set, nor they replaced my set with a good one. Rest of all service center is again asking a time of 1 month to solve the problem. out of 12 months warranty provided by company,2 months is utilized to solve the faults. I need my original new looking set or a new one. Holding an damaged set is very embarrassing.
