WE had booked 2 tickets by SVR travels from Hyderabd to Shirdi and back for journey on 10th and 11th respectively from their Ammerpet, Hyderabad counter. The package includes accommodation at Shirdi.
I have received SMS on my mobile confirming the booking and accommodation in Sai Samrat hotel. On our arrival there we were not given accommodation in the said hotel and forced to go for another hotel in the neighborhood. There was no running water in the hotel and it was unclean and shabby. I complained to the bus operator over phone but there was no response. The difficult part was that neither the hotel person where we were accommodated nor the travels representative were available at the hotel.
The hotel where they promised accommodation is clean and superior to where we were herded. This is deficiency of service and the operator has to refund the amount collected.
