I have purchased SUZUKI MOTORCYCLE INDIA PVT. LTD. Suzuki Access 125 from there Pune Dealer Sai Pooja Autowheels Pvt. Ltd. Within warranty period around 10to12 times Access 125 has given many problems like button/kick start not working, when it drive it get stopped anywhere in the middle of the road, if standing for signal then it get stopped and didnt start. Regarding this many time informed and complained to Sai Auto Wheels Pvt. Ltd. but they did something for timebeing and again it gives same problem. After telling so many times they didnt take it seriously. Last month (june end) they kept vheicle at there showroom for 1 week and informed now its perfect there is no problem. And from last week again its giving problem. Whenever i went there, i told them that because of this i am getting late to reach office for other work also, but still they are not taking it seriously. Today morning (i.e. 10/7/2012) I dropped my wheicle at there showroom and informed i dont want this bike. Either i need my money back or new vehicle. Within 1 year its the bike is giving so many problems. Reuqest your help on this urgent.
