Suspension of Service

Location/place: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications

I submitted all necessary documents at Reliance World at Shahibaug, Ahmedabad. My postpaid connection was started. I received and paid also my first bill for two numbers 9328201870 and 9327157310. After nearly one month of submission of documents, the company says they have not received my documents and they suspended all services to my mobiles. I have been using these numbers for so many years. Now they are harrasing me. Presently I am in 200 km away from Ahmedabad and they are saying that I will have to go to that Reliance World to solve the problem. Customer care executives are giving rubbish responses.
