suspect the quantity of Petrol

I have bought petrol two times from INDIAN OIL petrol Pump, Swastik Cross Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. What my meter tells is they provide almost 60% of the price paid. First time I thought it probably is the fault of the meter but later on I discovered that the meter is perfect and there is problem is petrol pump’s meter. Kindly do some investigation for the sake of other buyers as I have started buying petrol from other petrol pumps.
