SURENDER POLICY FUND NOT RECEIVED

I’ve surender my sub policy on 02/05/12 and filled up NFT form too but i’ve still not received fund from them…..even i had called so many times for status to customer care but not recevied suf. ans from them. Their service is so bad/poor and its unacceptable. Dear All Pls do not invest in MAX NEW YORK. They are giving only date and date but not mony.
