i want to complaint against bagittoday company as it is taking the full payment before it allows to check the parcel wether it is intact or not.Also it is not listening to the complaints. As i had ordered a combo pack of immitation jewellary,i recieved the same in 10 days of time. Now i am complaining to the company for the same as i recieved 2-3 sets defective out of six sets,the company is not sending the replacement.Whereas company is telling me to reverse picking the damaged items and sending the replacement, The company has not reverse picked the damaged good 1 month and 1 week,
My complaint is when they deliver the goods they only take one week to 10 days where as they are taking so long to reverse pick or replace the damaged goods. Please kindly look into the matter
