I ordered one bedsheet from SHOPCLUES against order no.3737291 and i received the product on 01.06.2013 but the quality of thet bad sheet is so poor that can not be used at all and it is defective from one side.then I call customer care of shop clues to return this product as its defective and non satisfactory then after tried so many times couldnt able to get thr.then I decided to do complaint from my shopclue account there are some options for registered users account to return the product then I registered the complaint against the low quality product then I received the return shipping label along with all relevant details to send the same to them. so I courier the packet on 03.06.2013 thr.first flight courier,against docket No. K03327569.and checked the same online that they received the product ob 04.06.2013.
after 2 days i called to their customer care to check the status they refused to received the product and demanding the proof of delivery from that day 3-4 times i sent a scanned copy of courier receipt along with courier receiving proof received from First Flight courier..after so many days got the mail from them we didn’t received the packet yet plz provide proof of delivery thus the receipts for proof were already there.
This is the way of fraud and trying to harrase the customer and collecting the money from people.
I want my money back its 250/- rs.its not a matter of amount but want to take a step ahead against shopclues a fraud company who is making business to make fool of people.
Kindly help me to get mu money back.If you need any proof of delivery of product I can provide the same for your reference.
