After reading in Mumbai Mirror I have ordered mixer on-line after delivery I observed mixer was faulty. I have lodged
complaint with customer care idiatimes
complaint No.117102 dtd 09.02.2012 and
written to editors of Mumbai mirror and
times of india news paper but still I have not received the replacement of mixer or refund of amount paid. only the reply via email received
state that your complaint is under process give us 2 to 3 days.
I will be thank full to you if you can help me out or suggest the future course of action to be initiated against the company.
