I , Sreehari, Koppara House, Manava nagar, 97A, Kilikolloor PO, Kollam-691004 ( Tele Num. 9846137659) have purchased CERA pneumatic flush tank ( Cistern) from M/s Jeeyar Agencies ( CERA product dealer), Beach Road, Kollam, Kerala State on 28-3-2013. When I opened the flush tank packet at time of installation at home , certain components found missing viz. flush button, water seal etc. I informed the dealer and they gave me number of a CERA service executive, Kollam. He was called and he came to my home to inspect the missing components on 1st week of April 2013.
Now it is May 8th 2013, till date CERA has not provided me the missing parts. This is the performance level of CERA sanitarywares.!!
